Investigating advocates' litigant conduct is an intriguing goal of the current study. The psychological component of litigant behavior, particularly in advocates, is revealed by this qualitative study. A total sample(N=10) with an equal number of licensed advocates (n=10, 5 men and 5 women) was purposefully chosen. With the aid of earlier literature, the interview protocol-a semi-structured questionnaire-was devised to delve deeply into the litigious behavior of the participants. The extensive interviews were done, recorded on tape, and then written down. Interpretative phenomenological analysis (IPA) was utilized to identify themes from the majority of the data in order to determine the litigant behavior.
